About us
The Foundation was established in 2016 by Hymans Robertson to direct its charitable giving and support its volunteering activities.
Our Aim
Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation.
Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK. Our focus is predominantly around our four office locations - Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, and Birmingham and we continue to support young people via Works+ in the Scottish Borders.

Communities to support long-term local community projects
This work aims to improve the lives of those in need.
We provide longer-term funding for a range of charity partners across the UK, supporting young people with education, employability, and financial education programmes.
We encourage people at Hymans Robertson in their fundraising and volunteering, by highlighting volunteering opportunities and connecting them and our charity partners, and by offering matched funding for Hymans Robertson staff fundraising activities.
