The Foundation is celebrating its 10th anniversary. We’re looking for two new Trustees to join our Board and help strengthen our structure and governance as we head into our next chapter.
Since 2016, we’ve supported communities across the UK, investing almost £2 million in grants to charities helping young people into better futures and communities facing disadvantage. More information on our impact can be found in our Annual Report.
Now in year 7 of our 10-year strategy, we’re focused on scaling our impact—particularly helping young people aged 11–25 build financial security and access employment opportunities.
Why join us?
As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring strong governance of the Foundation. You’ll be part of a collaborative Board committed to making a meaningful and measurable difference. Please view Meet Our Board & Team.
We’re especially keen to strengthen the diversity of perspectives on our Board, so that it better reflects the communities we support.
Who we’re looking for
Don’t worry if you haven’t had experience of being a trustee or board member before, we’ll support you with a full induction and ongoing development. We welcome applications from anyone with a passion for making a difference to the lives of those in our communities who are facing disadvantage. We are particularly looking to hear from anyone who:
